Aseptic Filling

The WCBF provides aseptic fill/ finish capability both as a part of larger production campaigns or for stand-alone fill projects. A variety of vial and stopper configurations can be used, or we can custom fill to your specifications.

Currently, batch sizes of up to 2,000 vials can be filled using a semi-automated system. All filling is performed in a Class 100 area as outlined on the suite information page.
